Rent Support Limited (RSL) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company formed to address a major part of the housing deficit in our country (Advance Rent Payment) that has placed an undue financial burden on Ghanaians for many years.
The aim of the project is to make acquiring decent accommodation more economical, modest and available for all potential tenants.
This service will be available to all employed or self-employed people with verifiable income that can afford monthly payments. The aim is to help people through the rental relationships with property managers and landlords. The company’s long term vision is eliminating the undue hardships that paying rent brings on prospective renters.

How does Rent Support work?
Find your own preferred place that you want to stay, then let us know about it. Rent Support will then partner with your future landlord to pre-finance your rent advice directly to your landlord and allowing you to pay MONTHLY.
Do I need to be a full-time employee to access your services?
NO. Rent Support requires PROOF of regular & sustainable flow of income. Anyone who can provide that proof is a potential tenant. Your monthly net income should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Does Rent Support charge any registration fee?
NO. It is free to sign-up on our website. You only pay our processing fee of GHS100 in order to validate your submitted information and documents.
Can I find own properties and request funding from Rent Support?
Yes. You can come with your own property and Rent Support will provide funding.
